Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note: we do not cover the cost of returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@avedastore.ie and send your item to: National Beauty Distribution, Unit 6 Blarney Business Park, Co. Cork, Cork, T23CD71, Ireland.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: National Beauty Distribution, Unit 6 Blarney Business Park, Co. Cork, Cork, T23CD71, Ireland
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Next Day-Delivery in the Republic of Ireland
Our Next-Day Delivery service is available in the Republic of Ireland. Our Next-Day delivery* service costs €5.00 and is free on all orders over €40 You'll need to place your order before 12pm IST (Irish Standard Time) Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days.
Delivery is available Monday - Friday. We don't deliver at weekends, so orders placed after 12pm IST on Thursday and before 12:00 pm IST on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. We don't deliver on public/bank holidays so your order will be delivered on the next working day.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (sale, holidays, new product launches etc...) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasional tech updates and weather conditions will mean that these delivery times may need to be extended. We will work hard to keep any delivery changes to a minimum.
